Pinnacle Opens New Center in London, KY
09/10/2018 - ATIN - Pinnacle Treatment Center Network today said it has opened a Recovery Works branded MAT center in London, KY, a brand new facility providing addiction treatment. The new center will offer treatment across a full continuum of care including medically monitored detoxification, residential treatment, and intensive outpatient programs. With 32 beds, Recovery Works London has approximately 40 employees and accepts most major insurance, including Medicaid.

The new center joins 12 other Pinnacle Treatment Center Network residential and outpatient addiction treatment locations across the state. Pinnacle has operated in Kentucky for 5 years and has worked closely with officials on expansion of services and locations. The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIH) reported in February, 2018: Kentucky is among the top ten states with the highest opioid-related overdose deaths.

"Kentucky has been an important place for Pinnacle Treatment Center Network as it continues as ground zero in the nation's opioid crisis. We are able to treat both drug addiction and alcoholism in London. Thank you to the many statewide officials who have worked with us to make this happen," Joe Pritchard, Chief Executive Officer, Pinnacle Treatment Center Network, said.

"We identified London as a place in critical need of more treatment options. The statewide statistics on death by opioid and addiction continue to be problematic. I am glad to join this effort as the new Executive Director for this facility," Eliza Clontz said.

Clontz has worked in the field of addiction treatment for 21 years. She has specialized in behavioral health that includes rural treatment, substance use disorder and mental health therapy.

Pinnacle Treatment Center Network treats 10,000 individuals daily across six states. This includes Indiana, Kentucky, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia.
